Fees
Fees for our products and services are clearly stated on our website unless a custom product or service is requested. Fees for custom requests will be provided via an individualized quote based on the product or service requirements. Our services are charged on a per-person, per-session or workshop basis. By using our services, you agree to pay the fees according to the pricing schedule.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment or workshop, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within the prescribed time, you will be charged for the session &/or service.

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality. We do not disclose any information about you or your session to any third party without your consent, except in cases where we are required to do so by law.

Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of the session or workshop. We will review your request and offer a refund if we find it appropriate. If you fail to inform us within 24 hours, we will assume that you are satisfied with our services, and no refunds will be issued.
Code of Conduct
We expect our clients to behave respectfully and professionally during the session or workshop. We reserve the right to terminate the session or workshop if a client behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
